- Ingredients:
- 2 pounds boneless and skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 3/4 cup orange juice (~2 oranges)
- 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice (~2 limes)
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix dry seasonings and rub on chicken. Let it sit for 1 hour.
Add 2 cups of water & chicken stock & juices
Boil after boiling, put to Medium heat, then low for 6 hours.
Shredd the chicken and ready for tacos
